We think this image of Emperor Philip 1 from 244 A.D. is a excellent representation of the Roman ruler and soldier. The silver coin, known as an antoninianus, features a profile of Philip I who led his troops in numerous battles in the western regions of the Roman Empire. He was a benevolent ruler who did not persecute Christians. He presided over the 1,000th anniversary of the founding of Rome in the year 248. The reverse features the goddess Aequity, goddess of justice.

Set in a frame of sterling silver, you can choose your style of necklace. The pendant will arrive with a descriptive brochure and Certificate of Authenticity.
