1. We offer free shipping on all purchases via UPS Ground. 
2. 2nd Day Shipping is available for a $10.00 fee.
3. All shipments are fully insured at our expense.
4. Each product description indicates the number of days before an item ships (most of our items ship within 48 hours).
5. To determine when an item will arrive simply add the time it takes to ship an item to the approximate transit time to your location (found below).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return any purchase without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Here are the basic steps:

1. Locate the Return Shipping Label included with your shipment
2. If possible, pack the item securely in the original package.
3. Enclose the original packing slip with the item.
4. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
5. For your protection, we recommend that you only use the UPS Return Shipping service that we have included with your package.
6. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product.
