Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all purchases within the United States. For the free shipping option, we use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship all items within 48 hours. Once shipped, the item takes 4-5 business days to arrive. This means that if you choose the free shipping option you can expect to receive your items within 5-7 days.

Additionally, you can upgrade to UPS second day shipping for an additional fee (usually between $15.00-$20.00 depending on your location). This service guarantees delivery in 2 days, so your purchase will arrive to you within 3-4 days.

International orders must select International Priority Shipping, which cost $15.00.

Returns & Replacements

During the holiday season we are extending our Return Period to 60 Days. If, for any reason, you have a problem with an item that you purchased from us, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days. We make the return process easy for you. If you would like to make a return please contact us via e-mail with your order number in the reference line. Within one business day we will have UPS send a return pre-paid mailing label directly to your email address. You can print this label on your computer, affix the label to your package and drop the package off at any UPS office or packaging center that accepts UPS packages. Please repack your order carefully and include all of the original paperwork including either the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice.
